Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Log into your REDMAGIC account and navigate to your order history to submit a formal return request within 15 days of delivery.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions via email.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your device in its original box, include the RMA form, and use a tracked shipping service to send the unit to our designated service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
